Engineer was walking in the forest one day. Comes across a frog in the woods, the frog says 'if you kiss me i'll turn into a beautiful woman'.
Engineer picks up frog and puts it into his pocket.

This goes on for weeks, one of his freiends comes up to him and asks, 'why dont you just do it?'
