I've just collecting my third harvest of Red Savinas.
I've done mostly hot pepper sauces with the previous batches, and no would like to
try a salsa recipe.
I've found a few that look enticing, but wondered if anyone had any salsa recipes they have used and particularly like.
Oh, and I have tried the peppers on their own, and yes they are HOT, but bearable
Let it be said that I am no longer afraid of tasting any hot pepper
