Turns out the SOB ran into the girls cousin in jail (he was in for burglary) and he was the one who did the artwork;

They're charging him for the "assault", but IMO I'd give the guy a medal

He got off easy. If I had run into someone who raped and murdered a 10yo female relative or friend of mine, I would have done much worse.

Don't worry. The "code" in prison will put harsh limits on his survivability.
