Just saw "The Departed"

It's really good.

Everyone should go see it.

There is one glaring unresolved piece of the plot--my guess is that the editor screwed up or it got cut (the movie is already 2.5 hours long). But you can pretty much infer the answer so it's not a big deal.

A great, gritty drama.

Great movie, some of the best performances by each of the big names. It might not be Scorsese's best (some may argue this) - but there's a good chance it'll be the one that gets him the oscar (finally).

Haven't seen it yet myself, but I've heard nothing but good things from those that have. Scorsese definitely deserves an Oscar for it, regardless of whether the film deserves it.
