Yup. Now that we're all on the same page... apparently, according to New Agers, the "Indigos" are just the ones that will "pave the way" for the REAL new order, which is the "Crystal Children".

Coincidentally, almost all New Agers have one or more Indigos or Crystals for kids... WHAT A COINCIDENCE!!!

Indigo children is a term used within the New Age movement to refer to children who are alleged to possess paranormal attributes such as the ability to read minds.
      also

The New Age is a diverse movement of individuals including many who graft new age beliefs onto a traditional religious affiliation. Recent surveys of U.S. adults indicate that around 20% of Americans hold at least some New Age beliefs.
It's not suprising then, Indigo parents will "produce" Indigo offsprings....

I'm starting to think that it's a cult thing and the book's pages are laced with LSD. They need to lay off the hallucinogens.

I know, it's insensitive of me to refer to autistic and/or ass-burger children as "idiots". How about "retarded" (cuz, well, they're ... socially and emotionally and often intellectually held back or "retarded").

I wasn't even thinking about that.
I mean anyone who says this:
The Indigo child concept was first publicized in 1999 by the book The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived, written by the husband-and-wife team of Lee Carroll and Jan Tober.[1] Carroll insists that the concept was obtained via conversations with a spiritual entity known as Kryon.
is pretty much beyond redemption as a parent. (among other things)

Those kids are going to have a hard time with life even if there wasn't anything wrong with them to start with.

Well that's pretty much a given, no?

They have difficulty with absolute authority (authority without explanation or choice).
They simply will not do certain things; for example, waiting in line is difficult for them.
They get frustrated with systems that are ritually oriented and do not require creative thought.
They often see better ways of doing things, both at home and in school, which makes them seem like "system busters" (non-conforming to any system).
They seem antisocial unless they are with their own kind. If there are no others of like consciousness around them
                      It's worse than a whippen'.
