            I can't post links now, but so a search on Youtube for "Yeltsin and Clinton"; the clip is on it (put the sound on).
            It was on a press conference in France in 1996, Yeltsin said something and Clinton couldn't stop laughing.

                Thought he died years ago. Funny thinking of him the other day for some reason.
