    got invited to a poker tourney tonight. 10$ buy in.

    11 people playing, everyone except one guy and myself re-bought in multiple times bringing the pot up to 220$

    i won (eventually )

    -35$ for pizza for everyone

    -20$ for a ride home (from west end to far east end of town)

    total winnings 165$ from 10$

    tonight was a good night.

    This is why I have no problem letting the wife play bingo or poker every so often during the month. She may lose money sometimes, but usually she breaks even or comes home with a decent amount of pocket change

    Personally, I don't gamble - can't bring myself to throw away my hard-earned money with nothing in return.

        Ah well gambling with family or friends is a different matter entirely. And yes, you can't lose playing strip poker... Not that I need to play to get someone to strip anymore.
