    I drink mostly tap water.. many liters per day, but have been supplementing that with diet pepsi.. I guess it is time to stop that

      One of the many many side effects of aspartame is severe headaches.

      I used to get infrequent migranes, headaches that will make you puke, and sometimes fall unconcious.

      Not had one since I stopped getting sugar free drinks, I especially used to get Pepsi Max.
      The only reason i bought the stuff is cos my teeth are crap, and i was trying to save them a bit.

      I'd rather have my teeth a little bit worse than those headaches again....
