A Prof just came in my office saying 'I feel so stupid, I can't open this' and waved a CD in a case at me. I ejected my CD tray, opened the CD case and..."so that's how you do it" he said. I had thought he was struggling with a file on the disk...

I worked for Harvard University Press for awhile and at this point it does NOT surprise me that a professor with a Phd in some field that requires real brain power in areas I can't begin to understand would have that kind of problem.Wikipedia and Google.... the needles to my tangent habit.
