Screenwriter: San Rami, Siavash Farahani (rumored)

Backstory: Rami wanted to do The Shadow in the late 80's but didn't get it. He then did Darkman, a similar character. In 1994 another team did a movie starring Alec Baldwin that predictably flopped. Now it's Rami's turn.

well, anybody who has seen Darkman fully understands why he didn't get it

If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.
