Sexual Harrassment?
A girl goes to start work for the first time and decides to have a coffee break. At the coffee machine a bloke goes up to her and gets very close and says "Your hair smells lovely". She felt uncomfortable with this but said nothing. The next day however exactly the same thing happened and then again on the subsequent days.
Eventually she regards this as intrusive to the point of harrassment. Accordingly she goes to personnel to complain. The personnel officer says "well it's difficult because isn't it rather nice to have someone say something kind like that?". The girl though still seems upset so the officer says he'll have a word with the man. He asks "Who is it?" She replies "Keith the dwarf".
