I saw the last 10 minutes of this movie while on travel for work at like 4AM on Showtime in a hotel..I was half asleep when I saw it and I was going WTF the whole time then I'm like wow this is kinda like Twin Peaks...then I saw the very end with Kyle whatever his name in it and I'm like holy shit...

I know I'm slow on the uptake, but I just never got it with this show. I remember there was a craze worse than X-files, but I thought X-files was worth it.
