Been a bit of delay with my new Monitor which ordered news eve.
I checked on the Friday the order status and it was in the warehouse. Checked again Monday still there.
Emailed and said Oi it's stuck in the warehouse whats happening.
Got a response. The free delivery on the item has been revoked you'll have to pay for delivery unless you want to cancel.

Emailed them back and said the original contract said free delivery you've got to abide by that. A dispute between yourselves and the Courier isn't my problem.
Straight away another email pops in. We've dispatched your order. Sadly due to the delay they'll be no one in to receive it though which is annoying.
