GPS birds are in orbits several thousand miles above that of Radar and Imaging Satellites... I don't think a Standard ARM can go much past 200 miles.
You'd have to hit several of them before anyone noticed a loss of GPS performance.Hey, Donny! We got us a German who wants to die for his country... Oblige him. - Lt. Aldo Raine

GPS satellites orbit at 20,200 km (12,600 mi), far out of reach of any ASAT system I've read about.
That said in theory kinetic kill warheads could be put on any light booster with a decent 2nd stage (SpaceX's Falcon 1, Delta II etc.) and make a kill on GPS's. Add a small, steerable 3rd stage and even satellites in geostationary orbit, 35,786 km (22,236 mi), could be at risk.
Also of interest: India is testing a system similar to the SM3, though with a lower max altitude and a larger booster (US solid rockets are much more powerful). It's a modified version of their Prithvi mobile SRBM.
