Ok, so everything is a done deal. I cancelled the contract gig, I am taking next week off, I've given notice already, and I signed the offer letter and NDA for the new place.
Still I can't help being a little nervous.
I know it's natural, but I worry about stuff. I've gotten somewhat used to just screwing out at 4PM because I "don't want to be here until 5". But one would hope I'd ... LIKE ... the new job, and thus not feel like that. But it is an adjustment. It's downtown, it's regular hours, so I worry about the adjustment.
That said, I also realize it's silly to worry, and honestly - I should do fine!The Internet - where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are FBI agents!
