I'm still pretty busy at work and home ... kids are growing mighty fine, wife and me are happy as pigs in mud.

I just hope, that I can find some more free time to come here more often.

It sure feels good to be back here and to see all those familiar names again.



Dunno if I mentioned it before, but my former Momo Racing wheel's pedals died gracefully, but my wife was so cool to get me a used (refurbished) G25 wheel as a replacement and now my kids are using my former Momo wheel without the foot pedals, but instead they use the wheel's paddles for gas and braking ... oh the joy !

Boy, the G25's clutch alone makes an enormous difference in driving, not to mention the increased precision of the wheel itself.

I'm really addicted to rFactor and its tons of gazillions of free mods, tracks, addons, plugins and whatnot ...

Is any of you driving rFactor and willing to join me for a few rounds via Hamachi ?

So do yourself a favor and grab the 1255 full install from here

it's a full version that runs in demo mode until you unlock it, but be aware that it's a die hard simulator, so you might want to adjust the driving aids before hitting the road
