    Another ep., another non-answer.

Apollo stated to the Quorum that 'they believe' the 5th Cylon is dead, and that 'she' died some time ago. They elude to the belief that it's Ellen (Ty's dead wife), but there has been no evidence, nor any explanation of Starbuck's wrecked Viper and charred remains.

Meanwhile, Felix and Zarek are conspiring against Adama, which could hint one may be Cylon, on the side of Cavil's forces.

What about the line in one of the commercials? Sounds like Adama saying "I remember everything now."

2 weeks later....still no definitive answer.

They occasionaly try to make it sound like Ty's dead wife is the 5th, and I still don't believe it.
There has been no proof, or even barely a mention of the 5th for 3 weeks.
And still no explanation of the dead Starbuck corpse found on 'Earth'.

Tonight's ep ended with a scene of Felix and Zarek being executed, but I don't believe that scene (last weeks ep showed Adama being executed and Ty being dead, yet they are still both alive).

My money is still on Felix or Zarek being the 5th.

          Kruzin,

I don't think we're watching the same episodes here.

Last week's "Adama executed" was in the "coming next week" which is always a LITTLE misleading. It was IN this episode, just as a Baltar vision.

This week's "Felix and Zarek executed" was in the actual episode. But no it didn't show it explicitly...

And yeah we're pretty sure she's the fifth cylon. This week's "coming next week" shows her resurrecting, and had a ton of "she remembers everything" "she's pissed" etc.

Cope, she's the fifth. I'm coming to grips with it.

            Just watched it earlier today.

Thought the coup was ended too quickly.

Now THAT I can totally get behind. It was like "Hey yeah our coup is going great! Wait, no it's not. ****, it's over."

They only have 6 episodes left to tie up the entire series, it couldn't last forever. I thought the pacing might have been a bit face, but then again, with the ruthlessness of Felix and Zarek you knew it wasn't going to last very long.

And with the fifth making an appearance, things should theoretically get interesting. As much as I like Terminator: SCC, this actually has me more excited.

Yeah, latest T:SCC ep is a big dissapoinment to me...nothing to reward to wait, plus really bad portrayal of Kyle Reese.

As for BSG - it looks like finally my standard explanation of "nothing is like it seems" will turn out to be true (Though I was betting for something slightly different than portrayed in the last ep; ~that current Cylons are a means for ressurection for the fifth/etc.)

                    Hm, I don't have that in what I watch...and I think it's good; no spoilers please? ;p

They're dead (well, or at least...executed). BSG is too good for such tricks.

This past episode basically explained the relationship between the five from the thirteenth colony, the human forms, the centurions and the humans. Anti-climatic sort of but the build up was so strong. It does make sense. Now how does it end without screwing up?

The Kyle Reese was based on his cut scenes from the second movie. Before she escaped she was seeing him and he was encouraging her.

When Jesse is found out, the shit will hit the fan and things will be very interesting.

@Kyle Reese - if portrayal of him in T2 would be just as bad as in T:SCC, far off from T1, then it's gut they cut that out.

                          BTW...

If you haven't watched final BSG ep yet, under no circumstances check Wiki list of BSG episodes! (to make sure it's the last one, for example)

I have...and even though there was no summary there yet (and if there is soon, summary is easy to ignore), there's also one MASSIVE spoiler in easy to spot/unexpected place ;(

Don't look at Wikipedia article "List of BSG eps"

So I watched the final episode.

Overall? I think it was... Good. Not too many loose ends, and yet - still enough to keep the debate going for a while.

I never really dug the quasi religious route, but the ending was ambigious enough not to challenge me on that point.

                            What say ye?
