Good riddance!!

Our company of 30,000 employees will pass on the Vista mayhem and wait for the next OS, for now we are happy with Windows XP.

Who wants to pay over a thousand dollars for a new PC with Vista only to get the same performance as your existing desktop with XP? I don't!

I just hope that Windows 7 is not a patched version of Vista with bug fixes etc. Just give me the bare OS and some multimedia tools and I'm happy, the rest of my system will be loaded with Adobe apps.

While we can hope for modularity and efficiency, why is it I have the deep seeded feeling that the minimum system for Windows 7 will be a HAL-9000?
