Oh dear God, I've been trying to block that one out. My wife has seen at least 4 different remakes since we've been married. The one that premiered in the US on A&E in the 90'se is her favorite. There is an entire Wikipedia article just on the Pride and Prejudice remakes, adaptations and inspired works:
