Westland, Michigan recently had its annual Mud Day where kids (and many adults) wallow like piggy's in our rich, black soil 
This takes part in Rouge Park, which sits entirely in the Rouge River valley...a place which floods out if someone spits. 2-3 inches of rain and this park, its road and half the valley floods out.
