Who's that girl?

Believe it or not, it's Madonna - looking fatigued and frazzled as she left the Kabbalah Centre in Manhattan Friday.

Madge has gone from glamorous to cadaverous in the stark photo that shows her without makeup, unkempt and frighteningly skinny.

The tumultuous past few months have apparently taken a toll on the Material Girl, dragged through the rumor mill over the state of two marriages - her own, and the union of Yankee star Alex Rodriguez and his wife, Cynthia.

Cynthia Rodriguez filed for divorce from the likely future Hall of Famer after reports linking A-Rod to Madonna.

The pop star was reportedly hosting him in late-night visits to her Manhattan apartment, and bringing the $275 million man under the sway of kabbalah, a mystic Jewish sect.

A-Rod, whose wife just delivered their second child in April, was described as being "brainwashed" by the singer. Madonna issued a statement denying any romance.

Her husband, Guy Ritchie, insisted Friday there was no strife in their seven-year marriage - although British newspaper reports of a split were rampant in recent months.

The couple plans to renew their vows next month in a kabbalah ceremony at their British estate, The Sun of London reported Saturday.

Madonna is also under the gun about her upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour, with The Sun reporting she was firing dancers during rehearsals for the shows that begin Aug. 23 - one week after her 50th birthday.

In the midst of the A-Rod scandal, Madonna was also blindsided by a tell-all book written by her once-beloved sibling, brother Christopher Ciccone.

"Life With My Sister Madonna" is a biting tell-all that painted the singer as a lousy actress and a not-so-hot singer who lost her virginity in the backseat of a Cadillac.
