House 2.0

So the realestate lady just called, seems our offer has been accepted on a new house.. just 5 minutes from where we live now, but much much bigger .. currently it is a fixer upper, but I am confident I can make it nice in not too much time.. we are going from a 968sqft (90m^2)house to a 3210sqft (298m^2) one . This will be just in time for the second baby, which is coming in March, and will be a valid excuse to buy more tools
