If I visit Spain, the rental cars are generally manual. On my first few trips I did tap the drivers door a few times before remembering to use my right hand, but these days I seem to make the transition without even thinking about it. When I visit the USA its all automatics anyway so no problem.
This car is a 6-spd, so I am having to get used to that too. Reverse is on the opposite corner to my old car; fortunately it doesn't pull off very far in 6th
And I think it may just have been immortalised by Google. A car with one of those roof-mounted cameras passed me in Leicester this morning...maybe I'll be making an appearance on Streetview at some point!FT.Comment

Just realised this...it has a really fitting colour given the functionality that amazes me the most (do red cars have IEEE1394 nowadays?)
