  • Little Britain USA

This is aimed mainly at USA residents.

Are you guys watching it? What do you think?

I don't know if you've seen the original Little Britain series? It's a classic over here in the UK. Some of the humour (the puking and old ladies pissing) goes a little too far for me, but most is cringeingly funny.

I've seen 3 episodes of LB USA. Each time I cringe on your (USA) behalf. Are you finding it funny or are you taking offence? Just as it has always poked fun of certain elements of UK culture (take Vicky Pollard) it is doing that to you too. But given you are such a proud nation, is the knife being twisted a little too much for your likeing?

I've never liked LB in any shape or size. There are many others equally crude that I dislike. I'm sorry, but I prefer the old-fashioned sitcoms that the BBC and ITV did superbly, 'Last of the Summer Wine', 'Only Fools and Horses', 'One Foot in the Grave' (perhaps because I'm the prototype of Victor Meldrew!) etc. I recently bought the whole series of 'The Darling Buds of May'. How superb!

Saw the originals, took a bit to sink in but loved them ever since!

          approach to what?

          note:
I keep wondering if this is just a spambot with a sophisticated AI behind it (looking at all the previous posts). I tend to believe it is, and I'm willing to bet that the first ones to pass the turing test are spambots.

Spambots becoming self aware, what a hideous nightmare
