At the Detroit International Auto Show GM has announced plans to bring two of its concept cars to market.
The Chevy Spark is the name given to the vehicle previously known as the Chevy Beat concept. Production starts in 2011 and it's expected to get 50+ MPG.
The second vehicle is the Chevy Orlando, also slated for 2011. This is an MPV (microvan) that will be built on the Delta International platform, the same one used in the Chevy Cruze and the Volt.
Speculation is rampant that one version of the Orlando will get the Volt's "Voltec" driveline. Yup...that's the new marketing name for its driveline: Voltec
