    Dinner tonight....

    Nachos with the works....including my home made salsas - blazing hot with diced habanero's for Erik and I and medium with diced jalapeno's for everyone else. Shredded Montery Jack and sharp Cheddar cheeses, organic sour cream, cut lettuce, black olives, round tortilla chips, chili con queso, ground round w/taco seasoning, re-fried pinto beans, whole jalapeno's, frijoles negros (black beans) etc. etc.

    Looks good! Although I bet it will be as spicy on the way out as it was on the way in

      Depends on your system. Doesn't bother either me or our kids, but Margie's "incompatable"with anything but mild commercial salsas.
