Depends on which Jonny Quest TV series/film you're talking about.

In the original 1965-1966 Jonny Quest series Jonny was an 11 year old.

In the 1986-1987 The New Adventures of Jonny Quest series Jonny was a late teenager.

In the 1996-1997 The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest series he was 14, so chronologically it's the 'middle' series.

Then there were the 1993 Jonny's Golden Quest and the 1995 Jonny Quest vs. The Cyber Insects TV movies.

I always go with the original series. The later stuff was mostly the same dumbed-down moralizing junk as every other cartoon on TV nowadays.

TOJQ could only be produced these days as an adult-oriented anime. No one else would have the nerve to touch it.
