I know I'm in a minority, but Les just... leaves me flat. He's very fast, and can hit lots of notes. It's just a question of whether or not he SHOULD hit those notes, y'know?

Oh, now you've done it. Comparing Les Claypool to Mozart is like comparing Bonzo the Fingerpainting Chimp to Da Vinci.

Both are impressive... but not exactly in the same league.

There are a lot of bassists out there with equal or better skill - but the same league? None that I can think of.
