  • Could this be for real?

Now to be very clear, some people could find this picture EXTREMELY GROSS. You have been warned.

    Yet strangely it isn't.

It appears to be a couple of cadavers that have been skinned and posed in some sort of attempt at macabre humour, although I suppose they could be some sort of training dummy.

So, be warned, this pic is definitely NSFW, but is strangely fascinating.

    No.
None would take a bow saw to something as valuble as that would be.
Even if they were just wax dummys.
It's got to be some kind of "art" work.
    Or Photo Shop.

          It is real.
I've seen the exhibition Körperwelten, by Gunther von Hagens (as you already found) in Brussels in 2002. It is really fascinating, and IMO highly recommended. When seeing it in real life, it strangely is not gross at all.
