Terrible. I had high hopes given the Wachowski's were involved and had the director of V for Vendetta.
The action was shot and edited terribly, half of it was CGI, all of the action scenes seemed basically the same, the acting was terrible, the story was terrible, and half of what happened made no sense at all.
I did not enjoy it at all and almost walked out of the theater.
Apparently the Wachowski's didn't like the original script, so they hired someone else to rewrite it. He did so in a period of 53 hours. You could tell.
