A very elderly friend asked me about this last night. I haven't seen it before and Google isn't helping:
For quite some time he has on a weekly basis been creating a document in Word 2003 and then sending it from Word to a couple of recipients. His email program is Outlook Express.
Trouble is now when he tries to do that he gets an error along the lines of 'no profile exists'. Allegedly nothing has been changed on the computer. He is still able to use OE and send attachments in the usual way.
I have suggested 'Detect and Repair'. Any ideas please?
Thanks,
Tony.
