A stranger in Stockholm...

I'm planning to go a couple of days to Stockholm.

Is there anyone here from Sweden that can suggest me what I must absolutely eat? Tipical local food? Strangenesses that no one apart a Swedish would eat?

Sat on a pile of deads, I enjoy my oysters.
