A 'perfect storm' of natural causes plus med interactions.
No illegal drugs.
Pneumonia. Primary cause.
Interaction of prescribed and over-the-counter drugs, and to my ear it sounds like this impaired her respiratory functions. Bad news w/pneumonia.
They also said that if she'd been properly treated for the pneumonia she'd likely have survived.
This is all not good in anyone of normal stature, but she was a tiny, frail thing - probably with few 'reserves'.
