Not too bad, though #3's framing seems a bit off - the eyes are centered in the frame rather than following the Rule of Thirds and being placed on the top line of the grid. RoT doesn't apply to all portraits, but I've found that for head/shoulder shots it's the best starting point. Otherwise you end with a lot of dead space above the subjects head.
I'd quibble slightly about the crops on the wide shots too, but not that much.
