Snow White and the Huntsman
a new take on the classic fairy tale. Huntsman will feature an expanded role for the part of the Huntsman (Viggo Mortenson). In the Brothers Grimm version he's ordered to take Snow White into the woods and kill her, but instead lets her go. In the new take the Huntsman is a mentor who teaches Snow White how to fight and survive vs. the evil queen (Charlize Theron). Snow White hasn't been cast.

Warner Brothers will be adapting the video game as a major-budget 'tent-pole' psychological thriller. David Milch (Deadwood, NYPD Blue, HBO's Luck) is doing the adaptation.
