Web Designer/Consultant

Hey guys

Long time no see. Hope all is well with you?

Can anybody recommend a web designer/consultant that might give me a consultation on a website idea I am trying to put together? I know a few of you have done this in the past. I don't feel comfortable pulling someone off of craigslist and the bigger firms, I just don't know who I can trust or who is reliable? So, I'm reaching out to you guys.
