    'The Punisher' (TV - Fox & ABC)

    Frank Castle is heading to TV.

    Fox is developing Marvels The Punisher. It'll be produced by Criminal Minds creator Edward Allen Bernero, who also created Third Watch.

    Production will be through ABC Studios and it will be an hour-long police procedural. In this vision Castle will an NYPD detective and by night use the Punisher persona to avenge the wrongs that he can't legally.

      With the guy behind Criminal Minds running the show it has a shot. Odds are it won't be a kid-oriented show either.

        I quite enjoyed the Dolph Lundgren version, taking the 80's into consideration for the production values.
