Well My Mother went in a home last December. I was her carer for several years prior to that she seems settled in and physically healthy although the mind is on planet pluto.
Myself discovered the fact that you're not out and about you lose a lot of contacts. So I went back to not going out which wasn't very good so I've forced myself to going out.
I'm trying to got myself back in shape cutting down in drinking which really isn't working. Made contact with an old love of mine and her husband so was using them to stop my drinking while watching bands together. All that happened I drank the same amount but over a longer period.
Gone back to doing a bit of weights but easing my way back into it so I don't knacker my joints up. Increasing my walking again.
I have managed to lose a bit of weight which sat stubbornly at 14 stone plus when my natural weight would be 12 stone. However I have noticed walking home from work is now a lot easier than it used to be and I seem to be getting back to my old view a hill is there to be conquered and not to be walked round.
How many of the old crew around?
It seems Haig has fallen in love with Ubuntu
Is Gurm still around ??
I guess I'm no longer the top poster.

Hey up folks won't be in much tomorrow so I'll wish you all a new year today.
I remember the Greebe and Gurm wars. Gurm was really funny but like red rag to Greebe.
