Well, yesterday we visited the local police station... And it was interesting... Our neighbour had written them, asking for a meeting, but the officer postponed that meeting to tomorrow when we called: she wanted to hear our side of the story first. We explained the situation and showed the letters.
The officer told us the neighbour has a reputation of selecting people who she will annoy and terrorize, just because she is bored. There were several cases like this (with her) before, so she is known. The officer also said that the letters we showed are more than enough to go to the main police station and file a case against her. And the officer said that we should just do that if things do not settle down, because "for some people there is no other option".
The officer will meet with our neighbour today and will keep us informed...
