SpaceX leases launcher landing complexes from USAF

Demolition and construction has been ongoing at Vandenberg AFB SLC-4W for a few months. Cape Canaveral LC-13 starts soon.

SpaceFlightNow has the story. Pics of the site plan are from the LC-13 environmental assessment.

The story talks of one main pad and 4 contingency pads for slightly off-course landings, but that'll soon evolve for the simultaneous landing of two Falcon Heavy side boosters, and a few minutes later the center core.
