    This guy assaults a girl and injures her throat because she breaks up with him. He gets to go to a Relationship improvement course? Here in Singapore he would have been charged for assault with grievous intend or attempted murder and straight to jail.

      Before he would go to jail here in Canada, If I knew the girl in anyway the ex boyfriend would have something coming, and it wouldn't be nice.
