    * USAF design; US rocket design for suborbital; Russian engines for orbital

    * first test flight Dec. 2009/est. 5,000 miles

    * manned/cargo orbital missions to the ISS

    * suborbital point-to-point passenger services for up to 8

    * MACH22 suborbital glides up to 25,000 miles

    * 20 minutes NYC to Paris

              Front 2 seats with 8-9 passengers, depending on which article you read. Looks to be 4 rows of 2 seats each with a 5th row of 3 seats; 11 total.

              Rumors are the military is also interested.
