Translation: from March 22 to March 27, from 1300 to 1800 UT (Greenwich) each day, the FAA is clearing the airspace over the Blue Origin spaceport for a test flight of their New Shepard VTOL launcher.

Also a cooler name. "New Shepard" sounds like a rookie sheepherder.

The name "New Shepard" honors astronaut Alan Shepard.

The owner of Blue Origin is Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon.com.

Their group is very respected in the space community, being largely former McDonnell Douglas types with experience in its DC-X "Delta Clipper" project which is operationally very similar to New Shepard.
