There are >600,000 pieces of space junk, hundreds added with every launch, of which only about 18,000 are cataloged and their origin known. The rest all get categorized as "unknowns", technically UFO's but not in the context the ufologists dream of.

Some are oil globules that float by windows, others are paint chips, wire bundles or just small plates with holes in them. Many are expended stages or pieces of same. Sometimes they seem to show non-ballistic activity when filmed from a spacecraft, but when investigated you discover the spacecraft was maneuvering, causing an illusion of non-ballistic motion.

A blob 'transiting' the moon, which is 250,000 miles away, could be anything from a runaway balloon to a high flying bird, plane or a satellite. There are many images of ISS transiting the moon taken by photographers who specialize in moon-satellite transit images.

So you are of the view that ALL of those clips are explainable as man-made?

As a friend says when discusing UFO's

"The 'experts' have spoken: it's just venus thats reflected in swamp gas"
If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.

I saw a moon transit by ISS in my telescope once quite by accident.
          It's a pretty common occurrence.

most of the stuff looks like "dirt on negative" or "reflections in the lens", with some ufos probably being lost equipment flying around.

I agree that most of the things are dirt or other similarly explained phenomena.

But some of the footage is just odd... debris doesn't change directions. I think it is a shame that the term UFO has gotten this "alien"-connotation. Do we really know everything there is to know about our own atmosphere? Currently unknown phenomena could result in sightings. But of course, as soon as somebody mentions UFO, somebody else immediatly mentions .

                Interesting cloud formation:

Apperently, similar phenomena have been filmed in Russia and Indonesia... Food for the believers, but just fascinating for the non-believers.
HAARP is again listed as one of the possible causes.

Totally natural phenomenon, and not that unusual

True... but the video looks more like a hole than those samples you posted...
Still, it is funny to see what the believers all make of it... :rolleyes.
