Boston Dynamics is the same outfit behind the Big Dog, Cheetah, and Petman robots. Big Dog is a cargo carrier for small military units, Cheetah is a development bot for a cat-like high speed robot, and Petman is interesting; billed as a uniform durability testing bot it's way too advanced for that. Looks more like a robotic avatar/drone for remote ops.
