NRO gifts NASA 2 big 'scopes

NASA has been given a gift of 2 unlaunched spy telescopes for astronomy.

Upside: free, better optics than Hubble, and a wider field of view

Downside: they need is the $$ to instrument them, launch and ops costs.

Sounds like a job for Falcon Heavy, which would cost 1/3 of what a Delta IV Heavy would cost.

What we really need is SpaceX to take over the Webb telescope to get it back on track.
