Take a picture of the back too. Also, it's gotta have an FCC ID on it somewhere if it was ever intended to be used in the US market. If it does, you can look it up on their website and get more info on the card possibly.

It came in a NEC Valuestar mini-tower PC, V233/M7C3, made around October '97.

hmmm...on the second though, maybe it is what Marshmallowman said...
look, it has clearly the typical memory for mystique at the center and on the right something that looks like...another memory, EDO I think (but I'm not really sure about the whole "second memory" idea). Two types of memory on the same card? What for if not for second videochip?
Is that the same chip that can be find on m3d anyway?

Also, one of those video port is either a pass-through or an input, the site was kinda vague about it. Looking some more.

Dang, still can't identify that big NEC chip.

That one the the right and below, 23C4100, is the board's BIOS.

The two rectangular ones on top right are 4 megabit (512 kilobyte) 45ns EDO ram chips.

The two chips above and to the right of the MGA one are 8 megabit (1 megabyte) 10ns SGRAM chips.

I think that Epson chip is a 2 megabit (256 kilobyte) SRAM chip.

After looking at the back of the card, I think that big NEC chip is just some kind of PCI interface thingy.

Well According to that link Taz posted,
it has a 175Mhz DAC, 2mb of vram, supports win98 and has rgb in/out.
