Guess it's trickle you're meaning, in this case right-click CPDN under "Projects"-tab and chose "update/retry"

Ok something went wrong with my first unit, there was only one stage three trickle and I appear to have moved onto a new unit.

If so I managed to process the whole unit in 280 hours (is that a record), doesn't seem right, should be about 430 for my rig.

It could well have hit an unstable climate model, turned into an iceball, and been replaced. If it happens often, it may be an instability in your computer, but if it was in stage 3 already that's unlikely.
