Lost starts at nine, therefore I can watch the Rangers Buffalo game, somewhat.

              4-1 in the 3rd period.

Final 5-2. Rangers didn't have a chance after Buffalo got going.

3-1 Anaheim after the first. Yikes.

                  5-1 Anaheim.

Selanne line definietely picked it up, they underperformed last series.

                    Damn those injuries...

Yes, the Duck's were no doubt the best team in game one, but it certainly didn't help the Canucks to have two of their top three defencemen not playing tonight.

Looks like all 4 of the teams I picked to win their respective series won their first game.

Ottawa beat NJ 5-4, and San Jose shutout Detroit 2-0.

I thought at one point that Ottawa was going to blow the game.

Yeah it looked that way. I really like this Ottawa team, but I'm still not sure about Emery.

What's the deal with Detroit?? Hockeytown hasn't sold out a single game in playoffs this year.

I think Emery has his moments. he isn't as consistent as Luongo & Brodeur but he's just as good when he's on his game.

With all the emtpy seats in Det & NJ, would be nice to bring a team back into Winnipeg or even Quebec City.

As nice as it would be to have a team back here, the people simply don't have enough money to shell out the ticket price to fill an arena consistantly. And the really stupid thing is - the arena that we built ~3 years ago or so isn't even big enough for an NHL team!

I could see the Toronto area being able to support another team though.

i think quebec city might have a better chance of getting (back) a team before TO gets a second.
