My picks - although I'm not as confident as I have been in previous years - I haven't been following the teams as much this year.
    Montreal over Boston, 5 games
    Pittsburgh over Ottawa, 6 games
    Ovechkin over Philly, 7 games
    NYR over NJ, 6 games

    Detroit over Nashville, 4 games
San Jose over Calgary, 6 games
    Colorado over Minnesota, 7 games
    Anaheim over Dallas, 6 games

Well my predictions seem to be right on track, with the exception of Anaheim/Dallas (2-0 Dallas now). I still think Anaheim has a chance to win it, they definitely have the skill. 6 games is very unlikely though. It will be interesting to see what happens now that the top seeds will play a couple Away games.

Last night's Colorado v Minnesota game was brutal. Colorado started spanking them with 3 goals in the first period, and the Wild didn't like it, and the fights started. 80 mins in penalties, including several majors and 1 or 2 ejections.
                  Good stuff
                  (final: Col 5, Min 1)

Ottawa has 20 minutes to get one goal, or they're out. So far they've got 5 in the series.

Ottawa out and the Preds are 1 period away from tying the series.

Avs look strong, might even be a good pick to take the west.

I think they were way over confident and expected Boston to just give then the series.

Hopefully the habs learned from that and will actually try and win the next game tomorrow.
